This single origin bar from Eastern Congo offers deep chocolate flavor and a complex spice finish. Raaka partnered with Congolese farmers near Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo to source cacao that supports community and agroforestry. Farmers are paid a minimum of $500 per ton above market price for their fine cacao.
